FAQs
Do you offer ongoing therapy?
No. Lighthouse Diagnostic Collaborative focuses exclusively on diagnostic assessment. Our role is to provide clarity, direction, and a formal evaluation you can use to guide treatment with the provider of your choice.
Is virtual testing viable?
Yes. Our remote assessments use secure, evidence‑based clinical tools designed for high accuracy. You receive the same thorough evaluation you would in person, from the comfort of your own space.
What happens after the screening?
During the Screening, we discuss your concerns, history, and goals. If a full evaluation is clinically appropriate, we will schedule it together. Screenings do not include testing or a written report.
Who has access to my information?
Any information gathered during your Screening or evaluation is kept confidential. If you complete a full evaluation, you will receive the complete diagnostic report for your records. This report is yours to share with any provider or support system you choose. We do not release your information without your written permission.
Are sessions therapeutic?
Screenings are assessment‑focused rather than therapeutic. They help clarify whether a full diagnostic evaluation is indicated. Ongoing therapy is provided by external clinicians.
Where do you offer services?

Your Clinician

Dr. Sara Garde, PsyD
Dr. Sara Garde is a licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD) in Massachusetts, and a veteran of both the United States Army and the United States Air Force. Her path into psychology grew from a deep commitment to service, clarity, and human connection, values that continue to guide her work today.
She approaches each client with a steady, compassionate presence. Her doctoral training, including a concentration in Military and Veteran Psychology, shaped her belief that people deserve care that is thoughtful, respectful, and grounded in their lived experience. Over time, she found herself drawn to the structure and clarity of ADHD assessment, a process that can help individuals finally make sense of patterns they’ve carried for years.
Her style is warm, calm, and collaborative. She creates space for clients to feel understood, never rushed, and never judged. Her military background brings precision and steadiness; her clinical training brings empathy and insight. Together, they allow her to offer assessments that feel both organized and deeply human.
At Lighthouse Diagnostic Collaborative, she provides ADHD Screening and diagnostic evaluation services designed to help clients understand their cognitive and attentional profile. Her goal is to offer clarity that empowers, giving clients a clearer path toward treatment, accommodations, or personal growth.
